Stopped for the sausage biscuit deal but they weren't very good. The egg was tasteless, the sausage was greasy, and the biscuit was a bit dry

They have some of the best biscuits ever and their fries or bo rounds are the best! As far as their chicken though.....they could do better.

While the food was mediocre at best (Luke warm chicken cold Mac n cheese) the dining in at this fast food joint was particularly gross. The tables were sticky, the high chairs (both of the two available) had a sticky white substance on them, I had to request something to clean them off with which was very grumpily provided to me. And even after wiping them down to the best of my ability there was still a need to cover them with blankets before sitting the children in them. The floor was also sticky around the tables. I have previously heard wonderful things about bojangles which made me excited for my first time visit. However I was quite disappointed and will not be visiting bojangles again.

Hit or miss on customer service. Today was more miss than hit. Put a BBQ dipping sauce instead of honey mustard in my meal. Wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't allergic to tomatoes and the dipping sauce wasn't given to me half open already. Two stars because they aren't normally this bad.

I'm always torn reviewing Bojangles....the food is great and the people are always super friendly...but I can probably count on one hand how many times I have gone through a Bo drive through and had the correct order and condiments. 9/10 I order a 4 piece supreme with Bo sauce, sweet tea, and extra seasoning on the fries. Most commonly I end up with no seasoning on the fries. In fact it's so often that I usually make a joke about it when ordering...like "a ridiculous, mouth-burning amount of spice". I always get a laugh, I rarely get results. Great food though, and fast...I just recommend going inside.
